Areas with a relative probability of > 0.01 in the DEC and RASP analyses are reported. Unit areas: A = western North America, B = eastern North America, C = western Eurasia, D = eastern Eurasia, E = southern South America, F = Australia + New Zealand, G = Old World Tropical.
