The percentage of gene pairs that have been subfunctionalized over 10,000 generations with an effective population size (Ne) of a 1,000,000 b 10,000 after a Whole-genome Duplication Event for 4 different equilibrium constants (Keq) for our Subfunctionalization + Dosage Model. Note that as Keq increases, so does the strength of selection, and that leads to the pattern where there is a longer delay for subfunctionalization to occur but will ultimately lead to a higher percentage of subfunctionalized duplicate gene pairs
