Expression pattern of genes after salt stress. Eight OsMATE genes representing four subfamilies were randomly selected and their relative expression in different periods was verified by qRT-PCR. The gene before treatment was used as an internal control, and its relative expression was one. All data were normalized. T0 represents before stress treatment. T1, T3, T6, T9, T12 and T24 represent 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 h after stress treatment, respectively. T The expression levels were represented by mean ± SE.
