Results from a gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of loci from the most divergent 100 kbp windows (\(F_{\text{ST}}\) > 0.5, n = 187) between piscivorous and insectivorous rainbow trout from Kootenay Lake visualized as a “treemap” when the target gene set is not included in the background set. Processes are grouped by functional class (colour), and box size of each process is scaled by the significance (– log\(_{10}\) p-value; see Table 2) of enrichment of that process in relation to all processes in the genome. E.g., a larger tile size indicates a more significant result
