A One-way ANOVA followed by a Tukey test was used to test for significant differences in transcript abundance between gilthead sea bream tissues that are indicated with letters (different letters denote significant differences, p < 0.05). Note that muscle, skin and gill arches have the highest relative expression of both ogn1 and 2 in gilthead sea bream
