The objectives represent the following amino acid properties: BLAM - electric properties, BIOV - hydrophobicity, MAXF - alpha and turn propensities, TSAJ - physicochemical properties, NAKH - residue propensity, CEDJ - composition, LIFS - beta propensity and MIYS - intrinsic propensities
