Shown for each cytb haplotype pair: the number of base pair differences between haplotypes, whether the haplotypes were found to share alleles for at least one nuclear locus, the observed range of pairwise genetic divergence for nuclear loci between the two haplotypes, the number of species delimitation analyses for which the pair was delimited as separate species, and whether the weighted UniFrac distance between them was significantly different (lower or higher than expected by chance; this metric was not able to be calculated for all comparisons due to sample size of one of the haplotypes). The 14 haplotype pairs that are 02–0.6% divergent are depicted in Fig. 4a
