Phylogenetic relationships of Dicroglossidae, Ranidae, Mantellidae and Rhacophoridae based on 10 protein-coding genes using amino acid datasets. Phylogenetic analyses using amino acid datasets were carried out for the 83 frogs based on all 10 protein-coding genes from their respective mt genomes. Branch lengths and topology are from the BI analysis. The tree was rooted with four out-groups (Microhyla pulchra, M. okinavensis, Breviceps adspersus and Hyperolius marmoratus). Numbers above the nodes are the bootstrap values of ML in the bottom and the posterior probabilities of BI in the top
