The smaller values mean high affinity of proteins-DNA binding. hW_H is a pair of human wild type protein and human DNA, wW_H is a pair of wallaby wild type protein and human DNA, and wW_W is a pair of wallaby wild type protein and wallaby DNA. hF55I_H, hY69F_H, hQ59K_H, hK68E_H, and hM9I_H are pairs of human mutant type protein and human DNA. It was reported that hM9I_H shows abnormal structure (Murphy et al. 2001). wK64V_W is a pair of wallaby mutant type protein and wallaby DNA.
