Clusters for significant co-evolving parameters during each evolutionary time regime were generated. This cluster analysis includes early and late periods of equilibrium surrounding a longer period of adaptation. Parameters that show the same color belong to the same cluster and co-evolve together, while black parameters are not significantly part of any cluster
