Maximum likelihood tree of the concatenated sequences (28S and COI). The tree was obtained using PhyML v3.0 [97]. Sequences of 58 terrestrial gastropod species (the prosobranch Pomatias elegans served as outgroup) were considered. Values of bootstrap support higher than 50 % are shown for Maximum Parsimony (higher left), Maximum Likelihood (higher right) and Bayesian Inference (lower).
