- Differences between modern human PCDHB11 and the consensus of Macaca mulatta, Pongo abelii and Pan troglodytes. Human is the consensus of 100 chromosomes, wherever it differs from the ancestral amino acid. Weight is derived from the evolutionary rate of exchange of each amino acid pair (for details see “Methods”).
