Domain analyses of Inturned proteins highlighting similar motifs in metazoans and choanoflagellates. C-terminal motifs correspond to (Y/F)WX(V/I)GR, EXY(V/I)C(F/Y) and EXAF(R/K)(L/F)XF motifs. C-terminal ends of TaIntu and SrIntu show similarities with other Intu proteins. Final motifs of TaIntu are YWVIG~, ~ ~ ~ ~ Y and EVAHRIGF, where ~ corresponds to one gap.
