Table 1 Properties of satellites longer than 7 Kb in C. elegans. Note that most of these satellites have a CENP-A score above the median value (0.922). All these satellites are species-specific; no satellites with a related sequence are found in the other Caenorhabditis species. A notable exception is the satellite with repeat 102 found in chromosome IV, which has a single related satellite in all other Caenorhabditis species
