Steric arrangement of positively selected sites in octopus haemocyanin. The 3D model represents the haemocyanin molecule of the functional unit g of Enteroctopus dofleini ([PDB: 1JS8], [24]). Positively selected sites were marked red and labelled with its residue number. Copper ligand histidines were marked blue.
