Southern blot analysis of the ITS DNA of strain RCOL-1. Oligonucleotides derived from the ITS1 sequences of Ceratobasidium oryzae-sativa (CO-Probe) or that of Thanatephorus cucumeris (TC-Probe) were 5'-32P labeled, and used as probes.
