Asterisks indicate a probability of > 95% that the site belongs to a class with ω > 1 in the positive-selection and/or B&ω-models implemented in codeml-package, with site number as in amino acid alignment in Supplemental Figure S1. Arrow indicate intron splicing positions and pins indicate disrupted ORFs in N.a. (N. africana), N.g. (N. galapagosensis), N.t. (N. terricola), N.l. (N. lineolata), G.c. (G. calospora), N. p.
