Open symbols are for the amount of each insecticide required for the same effect when the two are mixed together at a ratio based on their median-effect doses (± 95% confidence intervals). Points above the matching line indicate antagonistic activity of the insecticides, close to the line indicates additivity of action, and those below the line indicate synergistic activity.
