Total: indicates total number of sequences obtained; unique genotypes: total number of different sequences and percentage; size: average fragment size in bp (size variation); πJC indicates nucleotide diversity with Jukes and Castor's (1969) correction; I, II and III refers to the sequence identity group obtained from the tree presented in figure 3 and numbers in these columns indicates numbers of sequences; premature: refers to number of sequences with premature stop codon and no stop/cod: refers to number of sequences with no stop codon in the RNAseH domain.
