Results are given as box plots, where the horizontal line indicate the median (50th of the data), the bottom and the top of the box indicate the first quartiles (25th of the data) and the third quartiles (75th of the data). The whiskers the range of the data (10th of the data and 90th of the data). Others dots are outliers which are under the 10th percentile of the data or over 90th percentile of the data. The abscissa shows the condition of the initial infection.
