Comparison of the primary structures of " Shewanella -like" phosphatases (Shelphs) and human PP1α as a prototype of eukaryotic PPP phosphatases. Designations for conserved amino acid residues are as in Figure 1. For Oryza sativa, dashed underlined C-terminal sequence has been corrected by comparison with ESTs.
