Other rearrangement types are indicated as: T = transposition (T' = secondary transposition [14] of most of 53–56); I = inversion; i = insertion; D = deletion (or divergence); IRc and IRe = IR contraction or expansion, respectively (followed by single copy region affected). Characters marked with asterisks (*) are those rescored in Matrix 3 relative to Matrix 2.
