Red numbers in parentheses indicate the size of terminal extensions or loops, which were omitted for clarity. Identical residues are highlighted in black, conservative substitutions are highlighted in gray. Conserved motifs are labeled according to the nomenclature described by Malone et al [6]. Secondary structure elements shown below the alignment were deduced from the M.Pvu II coordinates or predicted for the TRD of M.Sfi I/M.Mwo I.
