The amount of genetic differentiation ( F ST ) between temporal sample pairs based on microsatellite markers. For each temporal group median year was calculated and used as a time point for the whole sample. Mantel test for correlation of matrices: r = 0.838, Z data  = 30.61, Z(average from 9999 permutations) = 25.04, p = 0.048.
