Most individuals from population Bezerros show assignment probabilities associated to cluster 1 (black), whereas specimens from population Morro do Chapéu are mainly classified on cluster 2 (grey). Admixed proportions were found on populations Brejo da Madre de Deus, Pedra de Santo Antonio and Camocim de São Félix.
