The alphabetic letters associated with gene IDs shown in the tree correspond to the species as follows: AAEL- A. aegypti, AGAP- A. gambiae, CPIJ- C. quinquefasciatus, FBgn- D. melanogaster, GB- A. mellifera, PHUM- P. humanus, BGIBMGA- B. mori and ACYP- A. pisum. The scale for branch length is shown below each tree.
