Circles in colors denote different haplotypes, and the size of each circle is proportional to that haplotype frequency across populations. Each branch between the haplotypes represents a mutational step. The dotted lines indicate independent mutation events converging on a shared haplotype. The squared loops show the nested clades or haplotypes in the network, which were resolved by nested clade phylogeographic analysis (NCPA).
