Dated BEAST maximum clade credibility tree for Melanohalea estimated from concatenated data. The chronogram was estimated from a partitioned data set consisting of six loci (ITS, nuLSU, mtSSU, MCM7, RPB1, RPB2) under a relaxed molecular clock. The divergence times correspond to the mean posterior estimate of their age in millions of years. The bars indicate the 95% HPD interval for the divergence times estimates. The four major Melanohalea clades identified in this study are indicated by ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, and ‘4’ at the corresponding node. Values on branches indicate posterior probability, and only support indices posterior probability values > 0.50 are presented.
