Colour-coding refers to the trnH-psbA cpDNA sequences resolved in the parsimony network depicted next to the Neighbor-Net diagram. Small empty circles represent haplotypes that are not present, but necessary to link all observed haplotypes to the network. All haplotypes are separated from the nearest haplotype by one nucleotide difference. The scale bar indicates genetic distance.
