Each of the genotypic classes generated in the first two generations of admixture has a unique pair of ancestry S and interclass heterozygosity H I [30, 31], or equivalently, a unique set of genomic proportions [33], where p 11 is the proportion of the genome homozygous for P1 alleles, p 22 is the porportion homozygous for P2 alleles, and p 12 = H I is the proportion of the genome heterozygous for alleles derived from each parental lineage.
