  1. Matrix of covariances, correlation coefficients, and posterior probabilities for maximal male SVL, range size estimates and synonymous substitution rate Ds obtained with CoEvol. Negative covariances indicate negative correlations, posterior probabilities close to zero indicate significant negative correlation, close to 100 indicate significant positive correlations. 1213 generations were sampled and burnin was set = 100 after visual inspection of the trace file as showing stability in estimated parameters.
