Diameter of circles representing haplotypes in the networks are proportional to the number of sequences per haplotype (empty circles below lake scale represent sizes for 2, 5 and 10 individuals), colours represent locality of origin, empty small circles represent missing haplotypes. Throughout shoreline, coloured circles represent sampled localities, numbers inside these circles correspond to those in Table 1.
