A phylogenetic tree inferred using Bayesian analysis of fungal tRNase Zs. Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithm was used to assess the reliability of nodes in the phylogeny. Numbers above or below branches represent posterior probabilities for each node which were generated by using Bayesian MCMC sampling. Only Bayesian posterior probability values less than 1.00 are indicated. The scale bar indicates 0.4 nucleotide substitutions per site. The accession number for fungal tRNase Zs can be found in Additional file 1. Taxonomic designations are indicated on the right side of the tree.
