The Kishino-Hasegawa test for the Aquifex-Thermotoga clade. "1" indicates the original position of the tested clade in the concatenated ribosomal proteins tree (Fig. 6). The remaining numbers show the alternative positions tested for each of these species (in green ovals for Aquifex and blue for Thermotoga).
