The curves were obtained by integrating the system of equations (1) to (3). The values used for the parameters were: k i = 40, K X = 5, X = 5, d = 1, k g = 1.5, k a = 4.5, k d = 10-6, k gs = 2.5 10-5, k ds = 10-6, C T = 2000, k* = 3, K* = 1 and s u = 0.02.
